Report No. 10 - Change of the publication date of the consolidated semi-annual report for first half of 2016

Referring to the Report No. 1/2016 (dated 21 January 2016) on dates of publishing the periodic reports in 2016, the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs that the consolidated semi-annual report for first half of 2016 will be disclosed on 1 August 2016, instead of 3 August 2016 as it was announced previously.

Legal basis: § 103.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a non-member state may be recognised as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, Item 259, as amended).
