Payment of the Interim Dividend by Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. to its sole shareholder, i.e. Stalexport Autoroute S.à r.l. with its registered office in Luxembourg.

In reference to current report No. 12/2016 of 2 November 2016, concerning the adoption – by the Management and Supervisory Boards of Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. with its registered office in Mysłowice – of resolutions concerning the payment of the Interim Dividend to the shareholders of the company as of the end of the financial year 2016 in the sum of PLN 85,000,000, the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. hereby advises that:

1. according to an agreement made on the seventh business day preceding the payment of the Interim Dividend, company Stalexport Autoroute S.à r.l. with its registered office in Luxembourg was the sole shareholder in Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. (owning 100% of the shares in its share capital). In turn, Stalexport Autostrady S.A. is the sole partner of Stalexport Autoroute S.à r.l.

2. On 13 December 2016 Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. paid the Interim Dividend in the above specified sum to Stalexport Autoroute S.à r.l. with its registered office in Luxembourg.
