Payment of Interim Dividend as of the end of financial year 2016 by Stalexport Autoroute S.à r.l. with its registered office in Luxembourg to Stalexport Autostrady S.A. with its registered office in MysÅ‚owice (hereinafter: Stalexport Autostrady S.A)

In reference to current report No. 14/2016 of 14 December 2016, concerning a resolution of the sole shareholder of Stalexport Autoroute S.à r.l. (i.e. Stalexport Autostrady S.A) concerning the payment of Interim Dividend as of the end of financial year 2016, the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. hereby advises that the sum of PLN 86,500,000 of Interim Dividend from company Stalexport Autoroute S.à r.l. was transferred to the bank account of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. on 16 December 2016. At the same time, the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. would like to advise that these funds will constitute the financial revenue of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. in the financial year 2016, with effect on its financial result (profit or loss). The distribution of the potential profit developed in 2016 will be determined by the Ordinary General Meeting of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. in 2017. After fulfilling all requirements of the code of commercial companies and the Company statute, the profit may be partially or entirely intended for dividend payment or for the implementation of future projects by Stalexport Autostrady S.A.
