Report No. 2 - Dates of publishing periodic reports in 2017

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. implementing the duties resulting from § 103 section 1 of the Decree of the Finance Minister dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by the securities issuers and conditions of regarding as equivalent the information required by law of the country which is not the member state (Journal of Law of 2009 No. 33, pos. 259 item with amendments) discloses the dates of publishing periodic reports in 2017:

1.    Separate and consolidated statements FY2016 will be published on  3 March 2017
2.    The consolidated quarterly reports will be published as follows:
        •    report for 1Q2017 on  10 May 2017,
        •    report for 3Q2017 on  9 November 2017;
3.    Consolidated statement for 1H2017 will be published on  3 August 2017.

More over in accordance with  § 83 section 1 and 3 of the above mentioned Decree, the Company informs that in consolidated quarterly reports abbreviated separate quarterly financial information will be included and in the consolidated statement for 1H2017 – an abbreviated half-year financial statement together with a report of an entity authorized to audit financial statements, on the review of that statement.
