Report No. 20 - Resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A.

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. with its registered seat in Mysłowice, reports that on 23 November 2017 Mr. Nicolò Caffo resigned from the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company with effect from 15 December 2017.

Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the  Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies dated July 29th 2005 (Dz.U.2016.0.1639 consolidated text) and § 5 section 1 point 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19th 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
