Report No. 2/2025 - Dates of publishing periodic reports of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. in 2025

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. with its registered seat in Mysłowice (hereinafter: Company) implementing the duties resulting from § 80.1 of the Decree of the Finance Minister dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by the securities issuers and conditions of regarding as equivalent the information required by law of the country which is not the member state (hereinafter: Decree) discloses the dates of publishing periodic reports in 2025:

1. Separate and consolidated statements FY 2024 will be published on 14 March 2025;

2. Consolidated quarterly reports will be published as follows:

• report for 1Q 2025 on 8 May 2025,
• report for 3Q 2025 on 13 November 2025;

3. Consolidated statement for 1H 2025 will be published on 31 July 2025.

Moreover in accordance with § 79 section 2 of the above mentioned Decree, the Company informs that will not publish consolidated report for 2Q 2025 and consolidated report for 4Q 2025.

At the same time the Company states that in accordance to § 62 section 1 of the Decree separate quarterly reports will not be published. Consolidated quarterly reports will include abbreviated quarterly consolidated financial statements and quarterly financial information.

In accordance with § 62 section 3 of the Decree the Company will not publish separate half-year report.
