With reference to current report No. 22/2023 of 5 June 2023, the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. (hereinafter: “the Company” or “the Issuer”) announces that on 25 July 2024 it was informed by Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. with its registered office in Mysłowice (hereinafter: “the Employer”) of the issuance on 25 July 2024 of a change order to Contract HM-6-2022 “Pavement repairs along with associated works on the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway”. (hereinafter: “Change Order”).

The additional works commissioned to the contractor of Contract HM-6-2022 “Pavement repairs and associated works on the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway” (hereinafter: the Contract), i.e. Pavimental Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Trzebinia (32-540), ul. Dworcowa 2, under the Change Order concerns the renovation of the lower parts of bridge structures M31P and M31L in Chrzanów.

The net value of the Change Order is PLN 18,574,538.16, while the original Contract value was PLN 422,939,999.16 net.

The net value of the Contract after all the change orders to date, which also include, inter alia, the construction of two technological crossings, additional replacement of the binder layer of the carriageway on one section of the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway, is now: PLN 444,541,912.94 net. 

Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Issuer.

Article 17.1 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council EU No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
