Report No. 3 - Dates of publishing periodic reports of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. in 2018
The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. with its registered seat in Mysłowice (hereinafter Company) implementing the duties resulting from § 103 section 1 of the Decree of the Finance Minister dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by the securities issuers and conditions of regarding as equivalent the information required by law of the country which is not the member state (Journal of Law of 2009 No. 33, pos. 259 item with amendments) discloses the dates of publishing periodic reports in 2018:
1. Separate and consolidated statements FY2017 will be published on 2 March 2018;
2. The consolidated quarterly reports will be published as follows:
• report for 1Q2018 on 10 May 2018,
• report for 3Q2018 on 8 November 2018;
3. Consolidated statement for 1H2018 will be published on 2 August 2018.
More over in accordance with § 83 section 1 and 3 of the above mentioned Decree, the Company informs that in consolidated quarterly reports abbreviated separate quarterly financial information will be included and in the consolidated statement for 1H2018 – an abbreviated half-year financial statement together with a report of an entity authorized to audit financial statements, on the review of that statement.
