Report No. 33/2019 - Obtaining information about the issuance by KDPW (National Depository for Securities, NDS) a statement regarding the date of registration of series G shares of the Company

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A (“Company”, “Issuer”) hereby informs about becoming aware that Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (“KDPW”, National Depository for Securities, NDS) issued on 31 October 2019 a statement regarding registration of securities i.e. registration of 89,500,000 (eighty nine million five hundred thousand) series G ordinary bearer shares of the Company with a nominal value of PLN 0.75 (seventy-five grosz) as at 5 November 2019, with the following ISIN code: PLSTLEX00019 each share.
