Report No. 36/2022 - Resignation of the President of the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. and the President of the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A.

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A with its registered office in Mysłowice (hereinafter referred to as: “the Company” or “the Issuer”) - in accordance with §5 item 4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (hereinafter referred to as: “the Regulation") - informs that today Mr. Emil Wąsacz resigned from the position of the President of the Management Board of the Company with effect from February 28, 2023.

In addition, pursuant to § 3 section 2 of the Regulation, the Issuer's Management Board informs that today Mr. Emil Wąsacz also resigned from the position of the President of the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. with its registered office in Mysłowice (the Issuer's subsidiary) with effect from February 28, 2023.
