Report No. 46/2021 - Resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A.

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A with its registered office in Mysłowice (hereinafter referred to as: “the Company” or “The Issuer”) in accordance with §5 (4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State, hereby informs that on 28 July 2021 received the resignation of Mr. Stefano Rossi from the position of a member of the Company's Supervisory Board with effect from 27 July 2021.
