In reference to the current report No. 45/2020 of June 25, 2020, the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. (hereinafter: "Stalexport Autostrady S.A." or "Issuer") informs that on August 9, 2021 it was informed by Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. based in Mysłowice (hereinafter: "Employer”) on issuing on August 9, 2021 an amendment order to the lump-sum contract "F2b-12-2020 - Redevelopment of the A4 motorway drainage - Section IV" (hereinafter: "Amendment Order").

Additional works commissioned by the contractor, i.e. Pavimental Polska Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Trzebinia (32-540), ul. Dworcowa 2, as part of the Amendment Order, concern the modernization of 11 reinforced concrete culverts located under the main route of the motorway.

The net amount of the Amendment Order consists of three main parts:

  1. the cost of the modernization of 11 culverts, amounting to PLN 8,797,022.47 (say: eight million seven hundred ninety seven thousand and twenty two zlotys 47/100),
  2. the cost of the possible introduction of temporary traffic organization on the motorway, dedicated to works related to the modernization of the culverts, amounting to PLN 483.04 (say: four hundred eighty three zlotys 4/100) for 1 day of temporary traffic organization introduced on a length of 1 km on one carriageway of the motorway,
  3. the cost of a possible repair of the motorway surface in the area of ​​culverts, amounting to PLN 25,677.53 (say: twenty five thousand six hundred seventy seven zlotys 53/100) for one repair in one location (i.e. within one motorway carriageway).

Legal basis:

Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
