Further to the convening of the Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. for 13 April 2017, the Management Board of the Company discloses to the public the contents of:

a)    the announcement on convening of the Ordinary General Meeting,
b)    draft resolutions.
