Report no 1 - Information on a new appointed member of the Management Board – Mr. Mariusz Serwa

Further to the report No. 18/2012 the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs that on the 19^th of December 2012 the Supervisory Board of the Company passed the resolution on appointing Mr. Mariusz Serwa to be a member of the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. in the post of the Vice-President of the Management Board and the Financial Director.

The newly appointed member of the Management Board:

1. does not conduct other activity beyond the enterprise of the Issuer, being in competition to the activity of Stalexport Autostrady S.A.
2. does not participate in any competitive company as the partner in civil company, personal company or a member of the body of stock company
3. does not participate in any other competitive legal entity as the member of its body. 

Mariusz Serwa is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors as provided under the Law of National Court Register.
