The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs the public that on 15.01.2010 it received from Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. (100 % subsidiary company through Autoroute S.a.r.l company) an information about concluding a significant agreement on 16.12.2009. The Agreement was concluded by Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska Pavimental S.p.A and Pavimental Polska Sp. z o.o. The Agreement concerned signing the contract F2b-1-2009 ?Renovation of 22 bridges?. Contract price amounts to: PLN 103,194,265,00. Limit of penalties for the delay amounts to 15% of the contractual price.
