Report no 1 - dates of publishing the periodical reports

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. acting under § 100 section 1 of the Decree of the Finance Minister dated 19.10.2005 informs on the dates of publishing periodical reports of the Company in 2009.

• The expanded consolidated quarterly reports will be published as follows:
  • 4Q2008 -  on February 27th 2009
  • 1Q2009 -  on May 7th 2009
  • 2Q2009 -  on August 3rd 2009
  • 3Q2009 -  on November 12th 2009
  • 4Q2009 -  on February 26th 2010

The consolidated quarterly report will comprise the quarterly financial information of the Company according to § 87 section 1 of the Decree of the Finance Minister dated 19.10.2005 on the current and periodical information published by the securities issuers (Dz. U. Nr 209 of 2005, item 1744).

• The consolidated mid-year statement for 2009 will be published on August 18th 2009.

The consolidated mid-year statement will comprise the financial statement of the Company according to § 87 section 4 of the Decree of the Finance dated 19.10.2005 on the current and periodical information published by the securities issuers (Dz. U. Nr 209 of 2005, item 1744).

• The non-consolidated annual statement for 2008 and the consolidated annual statement for 2008 will be published on March 13th 2009.
