Report no 11 - Resignation of the Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs the public that on 2 April 2012 it received a statement of Christopher Melnyk – a member of the Supervisory Board - on his resignation as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company effective immediately.

Legal basis of the above report: § 5 section 1 point 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member country (Journal of Laws No. 33 of 2009 item 259 with subsequent amendments).
