Report no 14 - Condition of contract fulfilled

Referring to report no 9 dated 23 March 2012 in regard to signing the sale contract of 54 shares in Biuro Centrum Sp. z o. o. with seat in Katowice by Stalexport Autostrady S.A., the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs the public that on 21 May 2012 it received a letter from Węglokoks S.A. about the approval of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Węglokoks S.A. for the purchase of 54 shares in Biuro Centrum Sp. z o. o. with seat in Katowice, from Stalexport Autostrady S.A. - thus the first of the two conditions, mentioned in the sale contract of the above shares, was fulfilled.
