Report no 18 - Dismissal and appointment of a managing person in Stalexport Autostrady S.A.

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs that on the 19th of December 2012 the Supervisory Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. with its registered office in Katowice, acting under §18 section 3 point 2 of the Company‘s Statutes passed the resolution to dismiss Mr. Mieczysław Skołożyński from the function of the Vice President of the Management Board as from the 31st of December 2012.

At the same time the Supervisory Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. passed the resolution to appoint Mr. Mariusz Serwa as Vice President of the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. from the 1st of January 2013. Other information concerning the new appointed member of the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. will be published in next report.
