Report no 2 - Autostrade per l'Italia acquires shares

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs the public that on 23 January 2012 it received the notification from Autostrade per l’Italia S.p.A on acquisition of shares of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. The notification is enclosed to the report.
