Report no 22 - Stalexport Autostrada Śląska S.A. equity reduction

Referring to report no 33 dated 19.12.2009, the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. discloses that on 31.07.2009 the company received the letter from the liquidator of the company Stalexport Autostrada Śląska S.A. in liquidation (subsidiary company of SAD S.A., in which Stalexport Autostrady S.A. holds 100 % shares/votes at GSM) informing about the decision of the Regional Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice of 16.06.2009 concerning the reduction of equity of the a/m company from PLN 2,240,000 to PLN 840,000 (as a result of amortisation of a part of shares).

After the equity reduction of the a/m company, Stalexport Autostrada Dolnośląska S.A. holds 100 % share /votes at GSM of Stalexport Autostrada Śląska S.A. in liquidation (before the a/m equity reduction SAD S.A. held 37.5 % shares/votes at GSM).
