The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs that on 29.12.2009 the Company acquired from Stalexport Autostrada Dolnośląska S.A. (Stalexport Autostrady?s subsidiary in 100%) 60 thousand shares of Autostrada Mazowsze S.A. of total nominal value of PLN 6 m, at the total price of PLN 198,600. The acquired shares represent 30 % in share capital of this company and 30 % votes at its general meeting.
The acquisition of shares is financed by own funds of the buyer. The transaction is aimed at re-organising the structure of Stalexport Autostrady?s Capital Group. The acquired shares are the significant assets on account of its 30 % share in equity of Autostrada Mazowsze S.A.
Between Stalexport Autostrady S.A as well as the managing or supervisory persons of Stalexport Autostrady S.A and Stalexport Autostrada Dolnośląska S.A. (the seller of the aforementioned shares) there are the following links: two members of the management board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. - Vice-President of the Management Board, Financial Director and Vice-President of the Management Board, Operating Director - are the members of the Supervisory Board of Stalexport Autostrada Dolnośląska S.A.
