The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. („Issuer") informs the public that on 10 February 2011 the Supervisory Board decided to dismiss Mr Wojciech Gębicki from the position of the Management Board’s member of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. due to his resignation. In Stalexport Autostrady S.A. Mr Wojciech Gębicki acted as Vice-President of the Management Board, Operating Director.
