Report no 5 - Negotiations for Strykow-Konotopa A2 motorway ended

The Management Board of the Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs in reference to the current Report No 12/2007 of the 23ed March 2007 concerning the pre-qualification of SAD, a company dependant on Stalexport Autostrady S.A. (100 % participation in the Company?s capital) to the next stage of the limited tender for construction and operation of the Strykow?Konotopa part of the toll A2 motorway that it got information on 27 February 2009 that negotiations for the construction and exploitation of the Strykow-Konotopa part of the toll A2 motorway were ended on 27 February 2009. Autostrada Mazowsze S. A. is a company dependant on Stalexport Autostrada Dolnośląska S.A. in 30%. Both are members of the Stalexport Autostrady Capital Group.

The parties did not reach an agreement in negotiations.
