Report no 5 - Resignation of the Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs the public that on 14 February 2012 it received a statement of Massimo Lapucci – a member of the Supervisory Board on his resignation as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company effective immediately.
