Report no. 15 - Stalexport Wielkopolska Sp. z o.o. – Conculsion of bankruptcy proceedings and striking off of the Company from the National Court Register
With reference to current reports no.: 34/2004 and 35/2004 (of 24 May 2004); 37/2004 (of 1 June 2004); as well as 77/2004 (of 15 November 2004) on the bankruptcy of Stalexport Wielkopolska Sp. z o.o. [limited liability Company] with its registered office in Komorniki (henceforth “Stalexport Wielkopolska”), the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs that on 1 December 2014 Stalexport Autostrady S.A. received the decision dated 21 November 2014 of the District Court for Poznań-Stare Miasto in Poznań, 11th Business Division for Bankruptcy and Recovery on striking off Stalexport Wielkopolska from the National Court Register and a decision of the same Court of 21 May 2014 on conclusion of bankruptcy proceedings of Stalexport Wielkopolska, which constitute the Appendices to this report.
Before striking off of Stalexport Wielkopolska from the National Court Register, Stalexport Autostrady S.A. was in possession of 6737 shares, which constituted 97.96% of the share capital and votes on Meetings of Shareholders of Stalexport Wielkopolska.
Detailed legal basis of the report: § 5 section 1 item 24 of the Ordinance of 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim information communicated by issuers of securities and on the conditions for regarding as equivalent the information required by the provisions of law in force in a non-Member State (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 2009 No. 33 item 259 as amended).
