Notification of the disposal and purchase of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. shares within the Atlantia S.p.A. capital group.

Acting pursuant to article 70, section 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, on the  Conditions  Governing  the  Introduction  of  Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies (hereinafter: the Act on Public Offering), the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. with its registered office in MysÅ‚owice hereby advises that on 22 December 2016 it received a notification from Atlantia S.p.A. with its registered office in Rome (Italy), sent under article 69, section 1(1) of the Act on Public Offering 
The notification is included in an appendix to this report.
