Report no. 57/2020 - Resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A.

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A with its registered office in Mysłowice (hereinafter referred to as: “the Company”) in accordance with §5 (4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State, hereby informs that on 5 August 2020 received the resignation of Mr. Marco Pace from the position of a member of the Company's Supervisory Board and a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 30 September 2020.
