In reference to the current report no. 76/2020 of 6 November 2020, the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. (hereinafter: the "Company" or the "Issuer") publishes as attachments CVs of candidates for the Supervisory Board of the Issuer, proposed by Atlantia S.p.A. (the majority shareholder of the Company), i.e. Mr. Massimo Di Casola and Mr. Andrzej Kaczmarek.
Legal basis:
§ 19 (1.4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent.
