SAM S.A. signs contract

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs that on 31.03.2008 the Company received the information about concluding, on 19.03.2008, by Stalexport Autostrada Malopolska S.A. ( the company indirectly dependent on Stalexport Autostrady S.A. through the company Stalexport Autoroute S.a.r.l. in Luxembourg) a contract with the company Pavimental S.p.A.
The contract concerns the overhauls of 10 bridges situated along the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway or over it, the overhaul of the surface on traffic lanes and on emergency lanes, ca 26 km long, the overhaul of the bituminous surface of two toll collection points as well as the overhaul of two motorway junctions. Value of the contract amounts to PLN 142.2 m. Execution of the contract till the end of 2009.

The criterion of recognising the agreement as the significant one is the value of the agreement subject which exceeds 10 % of the equity capital of the issuer.
