The Management Board of STALEXPORT SA informs that the Company`s Supervisory Board, according to its competence determined in the Company`s Statutes decided on 20th January 2005 of the current year to entrust the company BDO Polska Sp. z o.o. with the examination of the financial reports of the Company and the consolidated financial reports of the STALEXPORT Capital Group for the year 2005.
The Company BDO Polska Sp. z o.o. has its seat in Warsaw at 12, Postępu Street and is recorded on the list of entities entitled to examine financial reports under No. 523.
The Company BDO Polska Sp. z o.o. carried out the review of the individual financial reports of STALEXPORT SA and the consolidated financial reports of the Capital Group since 2002
