The Management Board of Stalexport SA informs that on 24th August 2006 during Supervisory Board Meeting received resignation of prof. Tadeusz Włudyka from the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
The supplement of the composition of the Supervisory Board will take place during Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders, appointed for 8th September 2006., which programme schedules passing the resolution concerning decomposition of the Supervisory Board.
