Stalexport SA informs that according to the restructuring programme of the company being executed, on 23.06.2003 concluded a notrial sale agreement of perpetual usufruct of area of 8.738 m2 as well as the ownership of the building being separate estate, both located in Chorzów, at the total price of 1.316.590 zł for the benefit of the company "REPORTER" Sp. z o.o. in Chorzów.
