Sale of shares of Centrostal S.A.

According to article 147 of the Decree Act on public turnover with securities, the Management Board of STALEXPORT SA informs that between 25th and 27th February 2004, it sold 196 467 shares of the company Centrostal S.A. with the seat in Gdańsk.
Prior to conducting the above mentioned transaction STALEXPORT SA possessed 324 862 shares of Centrostal S.A., what constituted 5.13% of the stock capital and entitled it to 324 862 votes at the General meeting of Shareholders of Centrostal S.A. (5.13% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders).
Presently, STALEXPORT SA possesses 128 395 shares of Centrostal S.A., what constitutes 2.03 % of stock capital and entities to 128 395 votes at the General meeting of Shareholders of Centrostal S.A. (2.03% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders).
