The Management Board of Company informs that on 13.06.2005 STALEXPORT S.A. and the company Stalexport Autostrada Dolnośląska in Katowice concluded the agreement of shares sale.
The agreement concerns the sale of all 1080 shares of the company Konsorcjum Autostrada Śląsk S.A. in Katowice possessed by STALEXPORT S.A . The nominal value of sold shares amounts to 100 zlotys each share, and represents 5,43% of the equity at the general meeting.
The total sale price of shares amounts to 388 784 zlotys. The balance sheet value as at 31.03.2005 amounts to zero zloty, payment: bank transfer.
