The Management Board of STALEXPORT S.A. informs that on 29.03.2007 the Company received a notice from the District Court in Katowice, the VIII Economic Department, dated 19.03.2007, about filing a claim by Narodowy Fundusz Ochrony Srodowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej (NFOSiGW), against STALEXPORT S.A. in regard to the reversal or stating the nullity of the resolutions no 2 and 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 14.02.2007.
