"Short list" of investors

Referring to the current report no 97 dated 21.12.2006 on so called short list of the investors, the Management Board of Stalexport S.A. - upon the request of the offeror - informs that the Company Drozapol- Profil S.A. with seat in Bydgoszcz is on the short list of the investors in the process of sale of the steel business Stalexport Trade, which will be admitted to carry out the process of examining the Company (due diligence).
