In reference to the current report No. 34 and 35 of 24th May 2004 concerning the insolvency of the Compnay Stalexport Wielkopolska Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Komorniki, the Mangement Board of STALEXPORT SA, informs that today it received the copy of the appeal against the decision of the District Court in Poznań of 19th May 2004.
