Steel business for one investor

Referring to the current report no 31 dated 27.02.2007 the Management Board of STALEXPORT S.A. informs that it had chosen one investor, i.e. the company ZLOMREX S.A, to hold further negotiations, granting it simultaneously the exclusivity for indefinite period of time. It was chosen out of four offers submitted by the potential purchasers of the steel business of STALEXPORT S.A., so called Stalexport Trade.
