The Management Board of Stalexport S.A.informs that on 12.09.2006 the Company received an information on the validation of the Court?s decision about striking the Company CENTROSTAL PROFIL Sp. z o.o. under liquidation with seat in Cracow (the share of Stalexport S. in capital 49,15%) off the National Court Register as from 28.07.2006.
