Subsidiary company in the next stage of tender proceedings-A2 section Stryków ? Konotopa

The Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that on 23.01.2007 the Company received a letter from the subsidiary company Stalexport Autostrada Dolnoslaska S.A. (Stalexport shares in the capital - 100%.

The correspondence informed about the letter from GDDKiA dated 16.01.2007 which informs that on 12.01.2007 the stage of preliminary qualification was completed, in result of which the company SAD - vide the decision of the Tender Committee - was classified among the next stage for proceedings - the limited tender for construction and operating the toll motorway A2 section Stryków - Konotopa.
Simultaneously we inform that the company Stalexport Autostrada Dolnoslaska S.A. was not classified among the next stage of the proceedings for construction and operating the toll motorway A1 section Stryków - Pyrzowice.
