Supplementing the commentary to principle No. 18 of the Corporate Order

The Company informs that the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of STALEXPORT SA decided to supplement the commentary to principle No. 18 of the Corporate Order.
The full wording of the commentary to the Principle is the following:

According to art. 382 § 3 of the Code of Commercial Companies, the supervisory board submits to the general meeting by means of a separate document an annual written report on the activity of the supervisory board and the evaluation of the financial report for the previous financial year. Moreover, the supervisory board annually submits a concise evaluation of the Company?s situation to the general meeting?.
