Supplementing the information on the insolvency of Stalexport Wielkopolska Sp. z o.o.

In reference to the current report No. 34 handed over today, ie. on 24th May 2004 concerning the onsolvency of the Company Stalexport Wielkopolska Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Komorniki, Stalexport SA informs that today it received the decision of the District Court in Poznań of 19th May 2004 to declare insolvency of the company ?Stalexport Wielkopolska? Sp. z o.o. in Komorniki with the liquidation option.
The court appointed the District Court Judge Ms Donata Starosta as the judge commissioner, the counsellor at law Krystyna Bartoszewska as the bankruptcy trustee. The decision is not legally valid.
