Referring to the report no 3 dated 14.01.2008 concerning the pre-qualification to the tender in Slovakia, the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs that on 07.05.2008 the Company received a notification about not selecting by NDS (Národná Diaľnicná Spolocnos?) the offer of the consortium SlovakPASS ( Autostrade per l?Italia, Stalexport Autostrady S.A., Efkon AG) to execute the a/m project. Consortium intends to appeal from this decision.
