Tender motorway A4 Katowice -Wrocław: decision of GDDKiA

The Management Board of STALEXPORT S.A. informs that today i.e. 28.02.2006 the company received a letter from the subsidiary company Stalexport Autostrada Dolnośląska S.A., informing that its associated company Stalexport Autostrada Śląska, which takes part in tender proceedings for construction via adapting and operating of A4 motorway section Katowice-Wrocław, got a letter (by fax) from General Director of Domestic Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) concerning recognition of tender proceedings for A4 motorway Katowice - Wrocław`s ineffective and the same about ending the stage of negotiations.
