The Company changes its name to STALEXPORT AUTOSTRADY S.A.

Referring to the report no 37 dated 27.03.2007 concerning the registration of the company
Stalexport Trade S.A. and the Report no 77 dated 20.08.2007 - a report after the EGSM of the Company, the Management Board of STALEXPORT S.A. informs that on 12.09.2007 the Company received the decisions of the District Court in Katowice, VII Economic Department of the National Judicial Register dated 30.08.2007, according to which:

1. the name of the company Stalexport Joint Stock Company (the issuer) was removed and the name STALEXPORT AUTOSTRADY Joint Stock Company was entered.
2. the name of the company Stalexport Trade Joint Stock Company ( subsidiary company in 100%) was removed and STALEXPORT Joint Stock Company was entered.
