Stalexport SA informs that on 29th June 2004 the Supervisory Board passed the resolution regarding the composition of the Management Board.
Emil Wąsacz was appointed the Chairman of the Management Board of STALEXPORT SA for the next term, i.e. till the date the General Meeting of Shareholders approves the financial report of the Company for the turnover year 2006.
Simultaneously we inform that Mieczysław Skołożyński was appointed the Vice-Chairman of the Management Board of the Company STALEXPORT SA for the period, as mentioned above.
