The Supervisory Board release

The Supervisory Board of the company Stalexport S.A. at the meeting on October 21st, 2006 - taking into account the current personal situation of Mr Emil Wasacz - decided to suspend Mr. Emil Wasacz in duties of the Chairman of the Management Board of Stalexport S.A. for the period from November 1st, 2006 to December 31st, 2006. During this period Mr Emil Wasacz will still perform the function of the General Drector of the Company.
Simultaneously the Supervisory Board has put Mr Mieczyslaw Skolozynski, Vice-Chairman of the Management Board of the Company, in charge of performing the duty of the Chairman of the Management Board (interim) for the period from November 1st, 2006 to December 31st, 2006.
