The Supervisory Board of STALEXPORT Joint Stock Company seated in Katowice informs that on its meeting session held in Warsaw on 25 Sept. 2006 it evaluated the Company?s present situation in the light of developments connected with its President of Management Board ? Mr. Emil Wąsacz. Simultaneously, the Supervisory Board has decided to continue the discussion and take appropriate actions at its next meeting on 13 Oct. 2006.
