The most advantageous bid in A2 Konin-Stryków tender

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs that on 02.04.2008 the Company received from the company Stalexport Autostrada Dolnoslaska S.A. ( 100% subsidiary of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. ) a letter ?notification from the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad), that in the proceedings to grant the public procurement for projecting and executing of adaptation of A2 motorway Konin-Stryków to the standards of the toll motorway and to toll collecting, the bid submitted by Consortium comprising the companies Stalexport Autostrada Dolnoslaska S.A. with seat in Katowice, Autostrade per l?Italia S.p.A. with seat in Rome and Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with in Warsaw was chosen because it was the most advantageous one.
Two other consortia participated in the proceedings.
According to art. 180 of the Act (PZP) the Parties have right to lodge protest to the Ordering Party during 7 days counting from the date when the information on circumstances being the base of lodging the protest was received or became known.
